Dewey von Dessen is a beautiful 10 month old German Shepherd/Anatolian Shepherd mix. This blonde boy can come off as a bit shy, especially in new situations, but his heart is as large as his size and he’s a big one! Although Dewey proceeds carefully in new environments, when he meets a new friend or a friendly pup, his tail just doesn’t stop wagging. He came in with two other siblings, so he’s very comfortably being in a pack and always enjoys being in the company of another mellow fellow like himself. His personality is as golden as his lovely coat. Dewey has a wonderful, relaxed energy level and enjoys receiving lots of caresses. And being so big, there is a lot to caress. Around other dogs, Dewey comes to life. Off leash he shows excellent manners in saying hello and will happily join a round of play. Dewey is hoping for a home that will match his personality, like a family that enjoys socializing at the park in the afternoon and then doesn’t mind having the gang over in the evening to kick back.
